I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, maybe the best beds I've ever slept in, albeit just satisfactory compared to other Kyriad hotels. The service had its ups and downs, with some staff members being too preoccupied to interact while others, like the lady on our arrival night, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, being right off the autoroute, close to the metro, and adjacent to a supermarket. However, the presence of insects was a bit off-putting. Dining offered a decent buffet spread but lacked variety in breakfast options. Despite its flaws, the hotel had some redeeming qualities worth considering.
